Summary: The location is good if you want a low-key vacation on the lake. If you want to do other things you have to drive a good distance. Internet service in the area is slow and spotty. The bed could use an upgraded mattress and the bathroom is very small with a tiny shower. Great views of Lake Champlain from the deck and the boat ramp directly across the street was very convenient.

Summary: We loved this cottage - it's got one of the best views on the lake and it's got everything that you need. It was especially convenient to have a garage for our bikes/ kayak. Super clean, and Jay and Linda were very nice. Hope to stay again!

Summary: From check in to check out, our stay at Camp Clearview was wonderfully relaxing. The property was very clean and comfortable. Well stocked for a meal or two at home. For those that like a quiet beach or kayaking, it’s the perfect location. Also plenty of space to safely store our bikes and kayak when we were out doing other things. Lake Champlain is beautiful! So close to Ausable Chasm too! Thank you Jay and Linda!!

Summary: Amazing lake views from both inside and outside the property. Decoratively one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in over the years. We felt like we were home. Kitchen had all the basics and the place was very clean and well maintained.
